Cancellation Policy

• Minimum term: 3 months, then month-to-month.
• Minimum notice: 30 days, by email. Notice can be sent anytime.
• Example: notice during month 2, month 3 is your last.
• Work continues through the notice period; booked appointments are still delivered.

Refund & Dispute Policy

• Fees pay for work performed that month and are not refundable once the month is complete.
• Billing errors are corrected and refunded.
• Disputes: email us. We respond within 2 business days.
• No guaranteed appointment counts or outcomes. We bill for the work performed.
